Pillar guide

Posture correction in Santa Monica.

Posture Lab LA is Santa Monica's dedicated posture-correction studio. We identify what's driving your pain or performance ceiling structurally, retrain the pattern with corrective strength, and recover the tissue with fascia work and contrast therapy — all under one roof on Pico Blvd.

The single most common root cause we correct in Santa Monica is anterior pelvic tilt — the forward-rotated pelvis behind most low-back, hip and hamstring pain. Start there if you want the biomechanics before you book.

The three-phase protocol

Assess

Posture Reset™ maps how you actually stand, breathe and load — so we're correcting the cause, not the symptom.

Retrain

S.E.T. Method™ builds the corrective strength your posture needs to hold the change without cueing.

Recover

Neuro-Fascia Massage™ and private contrast therapy clear the tissue guarding and lock in the new pattern.

FAQ

Common questions

How is posture correction different from stretching or foam rolling?+

Stretching lengthens whatever tissue is easiest to move — usually the muscles that are already long. Posture correction identifies which structures are actually short, which are weak, and how the nervous system is wired to hold the pattern. Then we retrain the whole chain so the correction holds without you thinking about it.

Do I need a referral or a diagnosis?+

No. Our assessment is a movement and posture screen, not a medical diagnosis. If we see something outside our scope, we say so and refer out.

How many sessions before I feel a difference?+

Most clients feel a change inside 1–3 sessions. Structural change that holds without cueing usually takes 6–12 sessions across roughly 8–16 weeks, depending on how long the pattern has been in place.

Is Posture Lab LA a chiropractor or physical therapist?+

Neither. We're a posture and recovery studio using proprietary assessment (Posture Reset™), corrective strength (S.E.T. Method™) and Neuro-Fascia Massage™. Many of our clients see us alongside a chiropractor or PT — the work is complementary.

Where in Santa Monica are you?+
